CoSplit is an expense tracking application designed for separating couples to track shared expenses, generate reports, and facilitate fair cost-splitting. The service includes expense logging, receipt uploads, PDF report generation, and expense sharing features.

3. User Accounts

To use CoSplit, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload false or misleading expense information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious content or viruses

5. Subscription and Payments

CoSplit offers free and paid subscription plans:

  • Free plan: Limited to 10 expenses
  • Pro plan: $5/month for unlimited expenses and premium features

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to CoSplit. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Disclaimer

CoSplit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The expense reports generated by CoSplit are for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoSplit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
